Hey there,

Is it possible to create a child theme after the website is already finished?

We are using additionally Ultimate Addons, WP Bakery and Layer Slider.

Whenever I create a childtheme folder with the childtheme connected style.css and activate that new theme the header is broken.

Also within the headers, which we translated with WPML.

I assume we wouldn't have that issue, if we would have created the childtheme in the beginning.

Any ideas, how we could takle that issue?

Hi,

If you activate the child theme, everything will be the same except the widgets.

You'll have to create them again.

Please disable all plugins and clear your browser cache.
