Menu issue with action bar

Hi Your help is always appreciated. 

I am using the funeral one page theme. I have two issues I can't solve. 

1. How can I decrease the space between the action bar at the top and the logo/menu.

2. When I click on the "home" menu option it does not scroll to the top of the page but just the main image.

    Hi,
    1. Try to decrease your logo size in BeTheme > Theme Options > Global > Logo > Height and you can try to edit image, crop your image to edit your padding.

    2.Try to disable all plugins and refresh your browser cache.
