Targeting Call To Action H3 Color

Trying to change the H3 color on the call to action box.  Using this css. Not working

.call_to_action .call_to_action_wrapper .call_left h3 { color:#fffff;}

Also on this page the fonts above the call to action box are not honoring the settings. That is a serif font for some reason.

What font did you set?
