which menu options can I use to recreate the style of the BeFashion menu

thanks for this good forum, I hope my question has not already been asked (and aswered).
To be more specific, I try to make a header with centered logo AND a centered main menu. Just like you did in the BeFashion, BePolitics, BeBarber, or BeB&W.
So, I use the header option "Stack: Center" BUT the menu is left handed. I've found the option to right hand the menu but not to center it...
Is there any option I could find to do that without using a full demo ?
