hi I have a sidebar on the real and left side. is it possible to present a picture or instagram feed over the complete page and if so how?

You can add a image to your sidebar in

Wordpress dashboard > Appearance > Widgets

There is no instagram feed included in our theme.

Try to find a plugin in plugin market of wordpress.
