Deregistering theme

Hi,

I have a site that appears to be registered with a purchase code that is associated with another domain. I'm trying to deregister the theme so I can reregister with the correct purchase code. Please advise.

Hi,

This won't work unfortunately. The purchase code is associated with a domain on that tool. If I try to deregister, it insists on deleting the theme from that site, which will break that site. I've no idea how the second site got registered on the same purchase key, as I didn't think this was possible. I have a purchase code for all 5 sites I'm running BeTheme on.

Deregister all of domains which are using this key and register only for that domain which you'll use.

Your tools won't let me do this.

Current status: 

site A. Deregistered from betheme dashboard, but still shows as registered on http://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/ and can't deregister there.

"Your site still uses BeTheme. Please delete all theme files before deregistration. Please remember to delete all theme files before deregistration"

Site B - the one somehow using site A's key rather than it's own key. Was never listed on http://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/

Hey,

please deregister all keys from site A and site B and then register again. Do this in the betheme dashboard not in the api.muffingroup.com/licenses.

After you do that, go to the license tool and check if the licenses are assigned correctly.

You may need to give it some time to update so wait a couple of hours.

Hi. 

Site A IS deregistered on betheme dashboard since yesterday, but still shows on api.muffingroup.com/licenses

I am unable to deregister site B via betheme dashboard. The error returned is 

"Referer domain is different than registered domain. Please contact us using contact form on our Themeforest profile page:

Hey, the information you provided is not sufficent,

Please send us links to your websites(A and wordpress logins and passwords for domain A and B.

Please also include your license keys.

Send the message thru the contact form again and please do not paste any conversations, the link to this forum disscussion is enough.

We managed to deregister both of your license keys from domain A and B.

The problem is that the license key you attached to domain A was used on domain B, and license to domain B you attached was not used at all.

You had some other key registered under that domain that had almost the same begining.
