No access to De-Registration

Here's the issue,

Before rolling out to the customer, the installation was done on a folder with no associated domain, and accessed via IP address hosted on AWS. (54.93.117.60)
Amazon did me a great favour and changed my EC2's IP address out of the blue.
The installation kept trying to access javascript and CSS from old IP address, and the DEREGISTER button DOES NOT WORK because it keeps trying to access resources on the old IP.
Can't register, can't deregister, can't possibly have access to old IP address as it is not mine to control.

I need help.

I'll leave it also as a suggestion: de-register by email confirmation. If by any chance access is lost to previous installation, all hell breaks loose.
