Action bar not showing.

I'm using the SEO 2 theme but on activating the action bar it does not show, how can I fix this?

You can't have action bar when you use creative header.

If you don't want to change your Header layout, then you can do only a

Action Button: BeTheme > Theme Options > Header & Subheader > Extras > Top Bar Right (http://prntscr.com/juch1a)

Or Sliding Top which can be alternative for action bar: BeTheme > Theme Options > Header & Subheader > Extras > Sliding Top (http://prntscr.com/juchje), and you can add there widgets in Wordpress Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets > Sliding Top (http://prntscr.com/juci7z)

And last one option is banner: BeTheme > Theme Options > Header & Subheader > Extras > Other

You can add there text with HTML code or just install some icon plugins and customize it like Action Bar. (http://prntscr.com/jucjga)
