Help with creating an info slider

I need to create a slider with 4 columns inside. Something like the Services slider in the middle of this site https://www.arslanianbros.com/ (above the testimonials).

Can some one help me figure out how I can do this inside the Bakery?

    Hi,
    It will be a lot of work using WPBakery.
    Try to make it by Revolution Slider instead.
    When you'll do it as you want, it is just a copy and paste of revolution slider shortcode.

    I have a follow up question about this issue. 

    In my original example the 3 items inside each slide are responsive and have breakpoints for various screen sizes. When I create a 3-column slider in Rev. Slider it doesn't have the breakpoints, it just gets smaller as the screen width shrinks. Is there are way to have the breakpoints in the Slider or can this only be done with the Builder?

    You can do a separate section for mobile and desktop.
    But you have to make a second slider for mobile.

    How to do sections only for selected devices?
    Go to your Muffin Builder, select your section and make another one
    then edit it (http://prntscr.com/jus5zi), and on the bottom of this section settings, you'll have visibility option,
    for one section set only mobile, for second just for the desktop.
