Removing theme name from facebook URL Post

Hi there,

How do I remove or edit the theme name whenever I post my URL to social media? Under tagline in settings it is showing what I want but when I paste the URL: http://ontario.teslaownersclub.ca/

It shows BeTheme for Firms at the bottom. See screenshot. Thanks

Go to BeTheme > Theme Options > SEO > Seo Fields > Meta | Descriptions

There you can change it.
