404 error after update

Hi, after my attempt to update BeTheme my website became unreachable and gave 404 error. I need to rewind the site. I try to update again this week and 404 error again. So what is the problem and what is the solution? (now i rewind again)

Hey,

firstly please disable all plugins and go to settings>permalinks. Set them to 'post name'

We always ask users to disable plugins because we have to narrow down the cause of the issue.

Have you tried disabling all plugins?
