Days Counter - BeTheme (Meeting) - Change Word in another language

Hi Guys! Thanks for amazing template!  I need to change a counter  in home page of Meeting template ( BeTheme).  i need to change word DAY\HOUR in Ukrainian but i can't find a php file or Virual Composer options.
