Can't update Theme

Good Morning,

since a few days the Impressum-site on www.hautaerzte-papenburg.de looks this way (1st picture). The footer don't hide and the text flows over it.

To hopefully solve the problem I wanted to update the theme, but this wasn't possible (2nd picture). I also rebuilt the Impressum completly but it didn't work. Please help. Thanks.

Hi,

1) At the "Impressum" page, you have few HTML errors, please fix it (CTRL+U in Firefox)

2)  Please send us WordPress dashboard access and your license key privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason.

Hallo,

I can't update my betheme on this page http://www.homecare-papenburg.de.

The error message says that the update went wrong and that the package could not be installed.

It can't be the purchase code. It was bought a few minutes ago and wasn'n in use for any other site.

I need the update because I hope it will fix the problem that my theme options aren't visible from time to time. Or is this another problem?

Disable all the plugins, then try again.

If this won't work, please deregister and register your betheme again.
