Line below link and drop below menu when scrolled

I'm using 'line below link' option in the menu which appears in the correct place when the page is not scrolled, but, when the page is scrolled the line is some distance from the menu. You can also see this in your Studio template: http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/drawing/studio/

This is also where my drop starts when the page is scrolled, not neatly under the menu.

    Please always attach a link so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost) then our help will be limited, you will have to contact us when the page is online. Also please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us the link.

    thanks for your reply. I appreciate your post and yes my site is currently offline but the problem is as I have said the same as in your 'studio' demo that I linked to - here's a screenshot - https://snag.gy/4Ijv6Z.jpg

    I appreciate this is not exactly what you asked for but I hope you can diagnose it from your 'studio' demo.

    In the shared sites section, I found this site that does the samething too.


    If this is how it is then ok, but it seems a little odd that the 'line under' and that the drop has a significant space when the page is scrolled and the menu bar shrinks.

    In this link to website everything is ok, same with our theme 'studio' demo is everything fine.
    Please clear your web browser cache and check if some browser plugins are not interrupting the theme.
