Full width top decoration

Hi, I want to make a top decoration of a section full width.

An example is :http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/kindergarten2/

Is there some custom CSS to make it do so. When I add an 1920 image with a curve is still comes out as a box width even thou the section and the theme is set to full width.

You don't have to make a curves for image, just upload a normal image.
