Missing demos from the latest download version

Hi,

I have just purchased and downloaded a 2nd Betheme from Themeforest based on the Mechanic 3 demo I like and want to use. See below your demo URL for the one I want to use.

http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/mechanic3/

It is not there in the options for "Pre-Built Websites", can you please advise how I get this or if I can't, which would be really bizarre, can you process a refund please.
