Custom colors from static css - load from child theme folder instead of betheme

Hello,
how I can utilize loading of style-static.css from my child theme instead of betheme? By default I have to generate the file and then overwrite in betheme directory. Wouldn't it be better to load it from child theme?

That would be great. I've noticed via GT Metrics that generating CSS from PHP takes up to 2 seconds of delay. Using static CSS really helps, but since it's loaded from main theme directory, I'll have to regenerate it every time theme gets updated - pretty cumbersome.
