Change license code from an dead web, to a new one (new domain name)

Dear Sirs, I follow the steps to de-registrer  a licence code in an old, and I delete Be-Theme folder as the instructions told me, after that I use these license code in a new web, but the system tell me, it is on use on the old  web, I need a solution of this.
