Responsive problems with header on IPHONE

Hey Guys,

we have kind of a weird problem with your theme. On desktop and on android phones everything works fine, but on Iphones the header is not reduced in size. Its so zoomed in you cannot even tell what the image shows. And it is weird, because even if we use chrome on the Iphone, the same problem appears, but with chrome or any other browser on an Android device it works. So it has to be a problem with the Iphone

Please help us to fix that problem

First question, where did you upload this image?

From this side of view, I have two answers for you:

1) Get it out from Header, and make it as a Section with this background in the Muffin Builder.

2) Make it with Revolution Slider and put the Shortcode in BeTheme > Theme Options > Advanced > Slider | Shortcode

Hey,

it is implemented as the featured image of the page. 

We have different header pics on every page, but if I understand it right, you want me to set a global header or slider for all pages in the global settings. But that would not work, because then we could only use one header for all pages. Or did I get it wrong?

Please go to Theme Options > Header & Subheader > Header

and see what's typed under background position field.

Please use instead of fixed, use a parallax option.
