Deregister the purchase code. Does not work...

Hello,

I have registered the BeTheme on my domain www.bureauveen.nl. This domain is now used for my current website made by a company using their own theme. I am not using the BeTheme on bureauveen.nl anymore and want to use it on an other domain.

Problem: I can not activate mij license on the new domain. 

We have tried deleting the files and deregister it the way decribed in different posts.

It still can not activate on my new domain.

Hi, 

I have a similar issue. My old site (with BEtheme registered) was deleted and not deregistered before deleting. And now installing/registering the theme on a different domain, it tells me it is registered on the old domain. But it doesn't show up under the link you recommend (http://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/), so I can't really do anything from my side. I have also sent you a private message to my case. 

Please let me know what I can do about it
