Customize border - for all devices

Hi, 

I am trying to customize border bud I cant make it properly for reponsive resolution. The border is one image with fixed dimensions. Can you help me how to separate top and bottom to make it look same but be responsive and with 50% transparency?

HI,

sorry but there is no css that would do this. The border width is a fixed value and you cannot create it this way.
