I cannot deregister theme

Hello,

I have changed domain name of my site where I use BeTheme. So I need to deregister license for old domain name and register on new domain name but I cannot do deregistration because site ois already on new domain name... So can I ask you to deregister one of my license for me and after that I can register license on new domain name. I need that because I will no longer use my old domain name for that project and I will not have possibility to update the theme for that site.
