How to accomplish this?

I need to display list of countries in the dropdown and when a particular country is selected want a overlay which has the selected details,

neverdone anything like this.. any suggestions / inputs / help is much appreciated,

Ok. So something similar can be done within Contact Form 7 plugin only. Just use this plugin to create form and then put form shortcode in right place on page (Column item for example).
