Strange Image in the Middle of Homepage

I went pretty far without asking for support and I searched the forum before posting as well as tried everything I could think of. Although it's 3 AM and my mind is turning to jelly. There is a image of a side view of a Mac Book I can't delete below the slider. I used inspector and discovered it's a link to Muffin although it appears to be a dead image link? I also imported the Barber template and I noticed under pages there were many template-homepages but not a Barber-Homepage?

I must get to sleep but if I get a answer within twenty four hours, I for one will be very impressed!
