Logo stutter

When i click on menu, i can see main logo stutter from big to small in 1 sec. How i fix it? i do not want logo to be stutter.

I am using google chromo and window 10 pro.

Upload a little bit smaller logo and please declare a height of logo in

Theme Options > Global > Logo > Advanced
