Disable or delete the description of a photo

I have created a photo gallery, but the photos I chose by default have an automatic description, is there a way that only the photos appear and I disable or eliminate the description? i have 100 of them... 

just take a look what i mean... this is the actual photos.

i make the galery with this code : [gallery link="file" columns="4" ids="xxxxxxxx" style="fancy"] can i added another code to disable the description of the photo?

1) Isn't that text in image?

2) Please use the item in Muffin Builder to build things like this.

i get it, but how ? is there a code o someting? like when you want to disable the author, date and all the stuff on a blog page? kind of .
