sticky header not displaying on mobile

Dear all, 

 as above written, the sticky header doesn't work on mobile devices in our website. The option is on, but still i cannot see the menu when sliding down… the sticky header just doesn't appear. Any hint? we modified a copy of FIRM template.

PS actually it's not a matter of mobile devices: also when I stretch the browser window to a certain limit on my pc, the sticky menu doesn't show up.

Hi,
Please always attach a link so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost) then our help will be limited, you will have to contact us when the page is online. Also please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us the link.
It is always a good idea to also attach a screenshot, for that use services like snag.gy or pasteboard.co

PS I wouldn't like google to crowl our website before it's online, can you please check the problem on http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/firm/  so that I can keep it "under construction"?

To have sticky menu in mobile, please go to BeTheme > Theme Options > Responsive > Header

and select these sticky options.
