Favicon image showing Be theme logo

Hi! I´d like to know why the favicon of mi website is showing the Betheme logo instead of the image I uploaded. In some devices shows what I´ve uploaded but in others displays the betheme logo.

Hello,

please make sure that:

1. You are not using wordpress customizer to upload the favicon

2. Upload the favicon in theme options>global>general.

3. Make sure it is a proper .ico file.
