Weird problem with Fancy Heading

Very strange situation. Code of the page is like this:

[fancy_heading title="Fakt: Przyroda jest mistrzynią w osiąganiu stanu równowagi i nikt nie zrobi tego lepiej od niej" h1="0" icon="" slogan="Mit. Trzeba kontrolować liczebność populacji" style="line" animate=""][/fancy_heading]

As You can see, the title of the fancy headline should be "Fakt (...)". Instead, it took the name of the image published below and used it instead! The name of the image is not even in the code, I can see in the media files.

If I remove the anchor or use anchor after the fancy headline, it is fine (but the anchor is in wrong place).

Hi,

Anchor link can be used only in settings of section.

It cannot be used in a item or other stuff.
