FAQ automatically includes broken link when expanding

When I click on the FAQ to open the question, it goes to a 404 page instead. I have no links inside the tabs, just text. What would be causing this? You can see the issue here - http://www.sbk2.co/faq/

Please open your website in Firefox html mode (CTRL+U) and check html errors you got. Please fix them first and all should be fine.
