Featured image display

Hello!

I have this really annoying bug on my blog and no idea what went wrong.

Since like a month ago, all the new posts Ive created show differently the featured image on my article pages and on the sticky arrows.
The original size was 1200X600, but since a month ago it started looking like all cut. 

and on the post page it became smaller as well. I changed the size to 960X600 on those new posts so it will look good on my article pages but it still looks cut on the sticky arrows.

I want to uploade all images as 1200X600 like it used to be.
please help me with this. Do you have any clue what went wrong?

    Hi,
    There are many types of featured images in the theme, here are instructions for changing them:
    1. To change the size of the images used in portfolio/blog/shop, please navigate to theme options>blog,portfolio&shop>featured image.
    2. To change the size of the default WordPress gallery images, please go to settings>media.
    3. To change the woocommerce images size please go to the customizer tool in wordpress and change it in the front-end.

    Notice!
    Remember to use thumbnail regeneration after you make your changes. Otherwise, the images will not change their size.
