My client want the newsletter form to be in the action bar, is it possible ?

Hi, its not possible with our theme.

For that, you need to use MailChimp plugin.

How can i do that with mailchimp plugin ? i can't see anywhere on the top bar i can put a shortcode or anything else.

You can make redirect for page where user would be able to register for newsletter.

Just make new menu in Appearance > Menus and make new menu, be sure that menu display location is set to Social Menu Top.
