Muffin Builder Shortcodes No Longer Working in 20.9.5.4

We recently upgraded our WordPress(v. 4.9.7), BeTheme(v. 20.9.5.4), and Plugins to the latest versions available.

We use Contact Form 7 across the site as the sole form plugin for numerous forms.

The Muffin Builder column short codes are no longer working, most notably in the contact form 7 form. We have not checked the rest of the website line by line, but this seems like it should still work.

We have made these upgrades in a development environment that cannot be accessed outside our IP, so I am unable to provide a URL. Please advise.
