Yes, this is what you will get because as we mentioned above this is homepage demo, not full. With those demos, settings can't be imported. Now you must upload slider in accordance to http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/15/how-to-import-revolution-slider-into-be-theme and also sort widgets in Appearance > Widgets section.

But the most important is problem related with styles. Styles does not work on your side what you can see http://yokharido.com/wp-content/themes/betheme/style.php?ver=6.9 - in this case you must contact with your server administrator because is not configured properly.

should i switch to windows 7 server instead or Linux

because just for me no one is going to make changes in server, because the change will impact on all.

So if you don't have server administrator then you should switch to server that got this option because we can't help in this case. If problem is related with server, then only admin can help. BTW We work on Linux servers only.
