Adjustment of Top_Bar

Hello. I am trying to adjust the top margin of the Top_bar setting so that it is flush against the top of the screen. I have been able to do this with the Be Theme in the past but it is not working with this site. Could anyone please assist? http://delawarearthritis.sarahs-naturals.com/wp/

Thank you so much! I had been doing crazy trying margin: 0 for the wrapper, top_bar, header, everything and couldn't get it to work.
