Cannot Access Bundled Plugins

I have three licenses for Be Theme, and am using none of them.

I have tried each license on a new website and none of them allow me to access the bundled plugins.

I have deactivated all of the licenses here, except on the current theme (http://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/) and I have tried all of my licenses, and none of them work. This is a new Wordpress installation.

Can you advise? If I cannot resolve, I will yet again choose another theme.
