Adjust Blog Text Colour

Hi there

I have a Blog on my Page (http://simonrouge.com/news/) and I would like to change the colour of the Text so that its more readable (at the moment its a greyish tone on a black background). But when I go to BeTheme Options --> colors --> content, this is the "Text Color", wich affects all Text when I change it.

How am I able to change only the color of the text of the Blog-Page?

You have to do it with Custom CSS

There is no such an option in BeTheme Settings.
