Footer Customizing: Adding a centered row underneath row of 5

This is my current footer

I would like it to change to this:

The layout would remain 1/5, but in addition there would be a 1/1 column underneath it that is centered. When going into my theme options customizer, i see the following:

Is there no option to add this in?
