the products page has a big width

Hi how are you?

We found an issue in the template, when I choose the page of the products named "Catalogo de mayoristas" and I scroll to the left the page shows a long white space, I attached the image with the error. Could you help me? thanks in advance.  URL: http://chibel.com/catalogo-de-mayoristas/

Please try to disable all plugins and clear your browser cache.

Did u test it and nothing happend? It dosen't  scroll to the right?  (Sorry i had a mistake on my comment you should scroll to the right). And you can see the issue. I also disabled all the plugins except woocomerce and the error still there, could you help me?

We checked it on all browsers and it looks and works fine. There is no white space.

This could have something to do with cache/optimization. Please disable the cache plugin and do not minify the JS files. Then remove your browser cache and check again. Have you tried on another PC?

Yes i treid in a other pc. The only page that has this porblem is this http://chibel.com/catalogo-de-mayoristas/ 

I Also  installed in another url that doesn' t have any cache plugin and  I get the same issue.

Hi,

We changed the Smooth Scroll to the Default Scroll and everything is working fine now.

You can find this option in Theme Options > Addons & Plugins.

We noticed many problem with Smooth Scroll.
