Cannot install pre build website

When I try and install a prebuild website I get the below error.
This page isn’t working

HI,
can you please share the system staus in your betheme tab? A screenshot will be enough.
It is most likely relted to your hosting. Try to disable all plugins as well.

Hi
System status is showing all green and i have tried and disabled all the plugins and get the same error. I have a screenshot but how do i attach it?

Please go to your FTP, create a php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us a link to that file privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at
http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact
so we can have a look on your server settings. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link. For more details about file creation, please visit

Please contact your hosting provider to increase your PHP Max Input Vars to 5000,
You have set local 5000, but global is still 1000, so it's locked at 1000 at local too.
