how to remove the theme mention in google search result

When I search for the name of my website on google one of the result mention this: 

30 juin 2018 - BeJourney | Best WordPress theme for lovers of adventure.

I would like to remove the last answer indicating "BeJourney | Best WordPress theme for lovers of adventure." How can I remove this please?
