Responsive Action Bar, Action Button, and Cart Icon

Hello, how do I keep the action bar, action button, and Cart Icon active for desktop and tablet, but hide them for mobile?

All I want at the top of the mobile version is the logo and menu. Thank you.

So this can be done within below css:

@media only screen and (max-width: 479px) {
    .header-classic #Top_bar .top_bar_right { display: none; }
    #Action_bar { display: none; }
}
