Logo Size and Css theme

Hello .. Good evening. I use the betheme xmas theme, and I would like to know how to insert a background image into this gray field that has become empty and ugly. I also did not find the color of it to be changed in the customization given by the theme options.

Another factor that bothers me greatly is the padding of the logo that I can not find in the files for nothing. How could you solve this problem?
