Is it possible to use the page template on your posts?

I'd like to use the regular 'page' presentation on my posts (instead of the blog single template).

Is there an easy way to do this?

I would basically like to have my posts have the revolution slider fullscreen at the top and the typical page presentation when you scrool down. I'm using the visual composer for these elements.

Is this possible?

Hi,

yes, you can do this but we recommend to use Muffin Builder which is fully compatible with posts. As you can see on http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/uncategorized/175,standard-post-with-post.html, it is possible to use muffin items instead of text, but as you see on http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/uncategorized/193,post-with-slideshow.html it is possible to use revolution slider instead of just image.

I would actually like to use the PAGE template for posts and custom posts. 

So for posts, full-screen revolution slider at the top, and muffin builder content as you scroll down.

The examples you mentioned are still using the blog template which has a lot of extra things i do not want to display. Also the full-screen revolution slider is not possible.

Please tell me which template is used for the regular 'pages' and how i might apply that to blog posts.

This is unfortunately not possible what you ask for. This needs too many changes in theme files. Sorry!
