pop up contact form at right bottom of website

I would like to have a click to opn pop up contact form at right bottom of website as sticky type. Please tell me how to do that. website url is www.coreofficestationery.com

Hi,

this can be activated under Theme options > Getting started > Footer section. There is option named "Popup Contact Form Shortcode".

I could not find such an option in the theme admin. please visit http://coreofficestationery.com/be-admin/ for screen shot of admin.
