Theme colors do not change

Hello,

I am trying to adjust the colors of my action bar and header in Theme Options. However, my changes are not being processed - the colors remain the same. What can I do?

Please go to

Theme Options > Colors > General

Be sure that your Theme Skin is Custom Skin
