Add a section before Revolution slider

i have 2 questions regarding revolution slider. Since in each page media, once we enable slider it will appear on the very top of the page.

1. Can i have 2 rev slider on one page? I would like to have a slider that is static and doesn't move. and i want a carousel slider below it. 

2. Can i add a section of contents or items before rev slider?

1) Yes, just use a Slider item plugin in Muffin Builder.

2) Yes, same answer like above.
