Cant Change Menu Background Image

Trying to change header menu background image but cant seem to find where to change it in the theme options.

Can I get some direction on this please.

you will find it in theme options>header&subheader>header - top bar background.

I tried that several times but the demo banner still shows. Even when i change the position the demo image still shows.

Not sure what else to do

Please remove whole CSS you pasted there.

It can't be changed because of this CSS.
