Can't install Slider revolution

Whenever i try to install slider revolution it shows Downloading installation package from http://api.muffingroup.com/plugins/download.php?code=xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxcd&plugin=revslider…
It hang there, even after waiting for long time, nothing happens. I already deregister the theme from another domain and using it in new domain, but why i am facing this problem. please help me asap, waiting for your quick reply. thanks in advance.
