Hover effect with the Visual Composer

Hello, is it possible with the Visual Composer to create a hover effect as in the example link?
I look at the 3 big pictures on the right side.

Hi,

It's possible, but first you have to create this effect by yourself using CSS.

Then you declare a class with this effect in settings of image.
